Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
- No Return Or Exchange on ALLOWED TO OPEN PARCELS.
- Under Garments Items Once Wore Can Not BE Return or Refunded.
- Those Customer Who Doesn't Receive their Parcel or Do Fake Orders, FawaQa Block These Customers and They Do Not Able to Purchase any of FawaQa products In Futures. And If they Needed the Parcel 2nd time at any case, they need to Pay Full Payment in Advance Other Wise we Don't Serve Fake Customers,
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order. Please note that change of mind returns is not accepted. To initiate a return, contact us at +92 335 8168167 with your order details and proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the damaged or incorrect item).
Once your return is approved, we will process a replacement or refund within 7-10 business days.
