By using FawaQa, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your orders.
• Accept the delivery timeline mentioned above.
• Comply with our return and refund policies outlined below.
  
• Those Customer Who Doesn't Receive their Parcel or Do Fake Orders, FawaQa Block These Customers and They Do Not Able to Purchase any of FawaQa products In Futures. And If they Needed the Parcel 2nd time at any case they need to Pay Full Payment in Advance Other Wise we Don't Serve Fake Customers,
• Parcel are Not Allowed to Open on If Minimum of 300 Rs advance Required for Allowed to Open Parcel. 
  
• No Return Or Exchange on ALLOWED TO OPEN PARCELS.
• Without Call Confirmation No Parcel Dispatched.
• For Villages Parcel Full Delivery Charges are in Advanced.
• Only Damage Parcel are Replaced or Refunded.
• Any other Parcel is only Refunded with the Deduction of 500Rs on Any Products
